Condolence: Jimmy and I were neighbors in Virginia Beach and we shared a number of mutual interests. Jimmy was quick to help and offer positive suggestions on any subject. He was open, straightforward and quick to help anyone who needed it. It was my great pleasure to know Jimmy and I will miss him greatly. His service to country was an example to us all.
