Joyce A. Weatherholtz, 75, passed away February 23, 2015. Joyce was born in Tarboro, NC to the late Joel and Carrie Whaley. She had a friendly and outgoing personality and loved people.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 37 years, Walter Lee Weatherholtz ; sons, Mark Webb (Patricia) and Michael Webb (Pat); four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brother, David; sisters, Frances, Peggy Jean, and Angie; her very special canine companion, Ginger; and a host of other family and friends.

A service to celebrate her life will be held Saturday, February 28, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Graham Funeral Home, 1112 Kempsville Rd, Chesapeake. Burial will follow at Rosewood Memorial Park.
