Barbara Van Horn Vestal, 55, went home to be with the Lord on January 16, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents Bobby Van Horn and Sara Van Horn Casper.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Melissa Van Horn Stovall (Kenneth) and Tara Van Horn Vestal and their father, Mark Vestal; granddaughters, Mekayla and Savannah Stovall; step-father, Bill Casper; her significant other, Sam Powers; sisters, Linda Coffman Visser (Al), Terry Candela Van Horn, Karen Van Horn Henderson (Skye) and Brenda Van Horn Guiles (Bruce); brother, Michael Van Horn (Elisha); step-father, Bill Casper; and numerous nieces and nephews and a host of other friends who will love and miss her always.
