Condolence: I remember riding with Bill to the Northern Neck for work as a young lawyer and he would stop at Pops so we could get a good breakfast. Bill would tell stories the whole way up and the whole way back which I enjoyed.
Bill was a good person and a nice guy and he will be missed and remembered.
