Obituary for Racheal Mae McMichael
Racheal Mae McMichael, 83, departed this life on August 21, 2014. Racheal was born in Swoope, Virginia to the late Russell Jones and Doris Winifred Brown on February 16, 1931. She moved from Virginia to New York when she was 17 years old. Once established in New York, she worked and developed her skills as a great chef until retirement.Racheal enjoyed traveling, cooking, playing bingo and spending time with her family and friends. She will especially remembered for her great sense of humor, being a loyal, devoted friend and for her out-going personality. Hers was a life well lived.
Left to mourn her passing and to cherish her memory are her daughter, Mattie Stimpson, and her husband, Orvid O. Stimpson; grandsons, Joey Stimpson, Kalvin Stimpson, Kevin Stimpson and his wife, Devona; as well as a host of other relatives and dear friends.
