Jeffrey Raymond Toll, 26, passed away September 16, 2014. Jeffrey was born in Bremerton, Washington to Raymond Toll, Jr. and Kathryn Windsor Toll. He was the loving husband of Jessica M. Toll. As a successful entrepreneur, Jeffrey owned several internet marketing businesses. His adventurous side led him to co-found "Team Fly Halo", in which he inspired others to learn how to power paraglide. He loved the outdoors so much, from the beach to the mountains, that no grass grew under his feet.

Besides his wife and parents, left to cherish his memory are his brother, Michael Toll, grandmother, Margaret "Peggie" Windsor; parents- in- law, James T. and Alicia M. Morrow; brothers-in- law Andrew J. Morrow and Matthew B. Morrow; grandmothers-in-law, Beatrice Morrow and Sheila Brex; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends.
