Frank Peters, 78, passed away July 25, 2014. He was born in Ohio and was predeceased by his loving wife, Christine E. Peters. Frank served his country in the United States Navy; he also served as Special Forces Green Beret in the United States Army and was a Sergeant 1st Class in the with the Army Reserves; worked at Mike Duman Auto Sales, Suffolk and was a member of Rock Church, Virginia Beach.
He is survived by his daughter, Pam Baylor and her husband, William Doernbach; son, Steve Peters and his wife, Traci; sisters, Marilyn Radebaugh, Georgia Peters and Deborah DeRivera; six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at 2 p.m. at Riverside Memorial Park, Norfolk. Graham Funeral Home will be caring for arrangements.
