Graham Funeral Home

             Traditional Service                                 with Burial

We are committed to transparency in our business practices. This requires us to be upfront and open about our prices for both services and related products.

And for a business to be truly transparent, the staff needs to follow certain rules or guidelines that keep everyone accountable for their words and actions.

It’s easy to see that if our funeral home pulls this way yesterday and that way tomorrow when it comes to openness, communication and accountability, families would quickly lose their trust in us.

And trust is everything.

After all, the services we provide are unique, and the people we serve are in a very vulnerable position. We consider trust to be an essential part of the relationship we develop with the families we serve.

For your convenience we have totaled the Itemized charges listed above for the following

When It's a Question of Money

For families faced with the death of someone dear to them finances quickly become one of the first things thought about. All funeral homes are a for profit business and deserve to be paid for services rendered.

We do require payment at time of arrangements by cash, check, credit cards or Insurance.  A credit card processing fee will apply of 3% for all transactions.  Most Insurance assignments will be cared for by a third party, this may delay funeral arrangements and a fee up to 4.5% will be collected from the insurance proceeds.  However by using the third party provider they will process the claim completely and in most cases there will be nothing further required of the family.  Any funds remaining from the insurance assignment will be paid directly to the beneficiary.  The normal time frame for an insurance company to pay these proceeds is usually within 30 days.

At Graham Funeral Home we also understand that families may not be in a good financial situation. We work with social service departments if a family qualifies under those guidelines. Even then there may be situations in which a family may not qualify.  We are not a charity and therefore expect to be paid for our services, with open and honest communication together we can come up with a service to honor your loved one.

We encourage you to research your options, talk it over, and make the best decision for yourself and your loved ones. Be careful when comparing services, merchandise and even facilities of one funeral home to another you may find not all funeral homes offer the same level of service. You heard the old saying you get what you pay for, make sure your comparison is truly apples to apples.

Should you need any additional information, please call us. We will explain all your options thoroughly and clearly, as part of our commitment to transparency...and our commitment to you.
